Don't spend your time stressing out over what MIGHT happen. Even if it turns out ok you will have suffered the damage on so many personal levels for nothing. The damage can't be undone. The stress on your mind and body will weaken your overall well being for as long as you live. And it was UNNECESSARY because in the end what your thoughts were that you lived through wasn't even what happened in reality. Be careful not to worry about anything until when and only if it is something to worry about.
