When you were young your parents would cook a healthy dinner then make you eat it. When you get older you cook the same kinds of foods for dinner. But why would you cook even the ones you disliked? Did your taste buds change with age? Is it simply because you already know how to cook them? Or is it because you learned the value of Healthy eating? Today my son made me toast with Apple Butter on it just like my parents use to because he knew when I felt sick it always made me feel better.
