"Use it or lose it"

Staying busy is part of maintaining your overall well being. You get your exercise physically doing it. Mentally it keeps your mind actively thinking. Keep repeating the saying "Use it or lose it". It will keep you moving and staying busy even when you are too tired to even think let alone get up and get moving.
