Grab the one you want
Our memories can fade over time but they can pop up vividly when triggered by sights, smells and sounds. Sometimes it is a happy memory that brings a smile to your face. At other times it is a painful nightmare that you don't need to relive again. Our mind has an endless stream of thoughts that pop up trying to "grab your attention." Unfortunately you got to deal with the good ones as well as the bad ones. How you deal with them will determine whether your "attention" is focused in a positive mode or a negative mode. At a quick glance you can choose to "grab on" to the good ones and quickly "flush away" the negative ones.
