If you help others

If there comes a time where you need help with basic living tasks will anyone help you? You can not say with certainty that you will never need help because in the blink of an eye everything can change. Would you be able to reach out to those you have helped? You could if you help others. When you give your word keep it. Help those you can along the way to stand on their own and they will be standing tall, therefore they will be stable enough to help you stand with a helping hand if you ever need it.
