You need to realize that when something makes you angry it puts a strain on your body and mind. If you think about it over and over again then over and over again you put your mind and body under stress. The damage that it does is done over and over again. Stop getting angry over something that happened only once. If you think of it 100 times then 100 times you will feel it, live it, and pay the consequences that will affect your over all well being over and over again. "JUST FLUSH IT"
