Too much stress in your mind will put your body in physical distress. When you feel your jaw tightening recognize that as the first sign that you are too angry for your own good. Stop it before your jaw locks tight as you grit your teeth and the veins in your neck pop out. Stop it before it clamps down on your forehead like a vice that takes over your brain function. Stop it before your heart gets squeezed physically by your muscles and organs that are reacting to the anger. Stop it when your jaw starts tightening before your heart stops because you are too uptight.
