Did you forget how to smile?

Don't let your anger be so strong that it is all you can feel. If you keep thinking about how angry you are then that is all you will feel. If you think it you feel it. Think about how you are going to get out of the mess you are in and you will feel encouraged. Then your gritted teeth can turn into a smile.
