If you WANT GOOD HABITS then PICK a GOOD HABIT that YOU WANT and START DOING IT WHENEVER YOU CAN.
Every day you will have things you ENJOYED DOING but unfortunately you WON'T ENJOY EVERY MOMENT.
At the END OF EVERY DAY take a moment to LIST THREE POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THAT DAY that HAPPENED.
Then YOU WILL KNOW that at THE END OF EACH DAY there will be THREE POSITIVE THINGS that WILL MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD about TODAY.
Those around you WILL NOTICE how much more PEACEFUL YOU ARE when you FIND A HABIT that BRINGS YOU PEACE OF MIND.
And MAKE YOUR HABITS be ONLY WHAT YOU DECIDE no matter WHAT ANYONE ELSE THINKS would MAKE YOU HAPPY.
EVERY PERSONAL HABIT that YOU HAVE during your LIFE'S JOURNEY will BRING YOU PEACE OF MIND whenever YOU DO IT.
And the MORE GOOD HABITS YOU have well......the MORE HAPPIER YOU WILL BE.
