Don't forget that once YOU SAY IT then it is IN FACT WHAT YOU SAID

       When you get ANGRY then you should STOP TALKING and THINK BEFORE YOU SAY ONE WORD.

       Because ONCE YOU SAY IT OUTLOUD it is PERMANENTLY HEARD..... even if you WISH YOU HAD NOT SAID IT.

       Even when you FEEL LIKE you WANT to ANGRILY TELL THEM how WHAT THEY DID HAD HURT YOU.

      TRUST ME that YOUR ANGRY WORDS would have ONLY MADE THINGS HARDER FOR YOU. 

      If you STOP AND THINK about what you WANTED TO SAY you will REALIZE that YOU ARE GLAD YOU DIDN'T SAY IT. 

     Now HOW IT MADE YOU FEEL may make you CHANGE what you WILL OR WONT DO in the FUTURE.

      But for now just BE CAREFUL about what YOU CHOOSE TO SAY OUTLOUD.

      BEING KIND TO YOURSELF is the BEST THING YOU CAN DO IN ANY TYPE OF CIRCUMSTANCES that you HAVE TO DEAL with.

      At the end of the day the ONLY THING THAT MATTERS is if YOU ARE PROUD of HOW YOU HANDLED the CIRCUMSTANCES that YOU HAD TO FACE.
