You can't JUDGE A BOOK by it's COVER

     I worked with someone when I was young but  I THOUGHT was, well let's just say they were CONSTANTLY MISSING WORK.

     I THOUGHT that they seemed to MISS a lot of work and that made things HARDER for the rest of US. 

    But YOU LEARN HOW TO ADJUST to being SHORT HANDED and when you are a waitress that meant you might make about the same amount of tips but EVERYONE WORKED a lot HARDER for it.

     After a couple of MONTHS of WORKING with her I finally LEARNED EXACTLY WHY she was always MISSING WORK. 

     She told me how her CHILD was dealing with some serious HEALTH ISSUES.

      I felt HORRIBLE that I had BEEN ANGRY at her instead of BEING HAPPY TO FILL IN so that she COULD BE THERE when her CHILD NEEDED HER.

      So BEFORE YOU GET ANGRY at anyone at least FIND OUT WHY because they just might have GOOD REASONS WHY it was happening.

     When YOU BELIEVE IT is HAPPENING then YOU will REACT like it is WHETHER IT IS REAL OR NOT.

     STOP BEFORE YOU FORM YOUR OPINION and GET ALL THE FACTS so that YOU can make the RIGHT DECISION.
