Do you have a CONTENTED MIND?

    Even though you MAY have MANY CHAOTIC things you are going through, you can still have a CONTENTED MIND.

    If you CHOOSE to think about the positive things that you are THANKFUL for, you will have a CONTENTED MIND.

   If you CHOOSE to think about all the things that you are GRATEFUL for, you will have a CONTENTED MIND.

    It's all in whether you CHOOSE to SEE the GLASS HALF FULL or HALF EMPTY.

    You could DIE OF THIRST with YOUR HALF FULL GLASS OF WATER if you REFUSE to TAKE A DRINK because it isn't a FULL GLASS.

    Being CONTENT with WHAT YOU DO HAVE is ALL that is NECESSARY to have a CONTENTED MIND.

    When you are DEALING with a TORNADO OF TROUBLE IN YOUR LIFE, you can still have PEACE OF MIND by FOCUSING on the POSITIVE THINGS in YOUR LIFE.

    PEACE OF MIND is a STATE OF MIND no matter what STATE or what COUNTRY YOU LIVE IN.

   You can EITHER SEE the GLASS as HALF FULL or HALF EMPTY, IT IS UP TO YOU!

   Be GRATEFUL for WHAT YOU DO HAVE instead of filling YOUR MIND with THOUGHTS of WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE.

   YOU CAN''T be GRATEFUL for WHAT YOU DO HAVE if you don't APPRECIATE WHAT YOU DO HAVE.

   Do YOU SEE the GLASS HALF FULL OR HALF EMPTY?

   You DON'T have to have EVERYTHING that you EVER WANTED to have a CONTENTED MIND.

  You can HAVE a CONTENTED MIND because you have EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED.
