A normal routine that can prevent amnesia

Even if you usually are good at remembering important details and they are a part of your normal routine too much stress on your mind can cause temporary amnesia. Although our minds are capable of retaining tons of information we can only think of those that are within the fore front of our mind. In the blink of an eye if you allow a negative thought to pop up front and center letting it "grab your attention" it will open the flood gates bombarding you with negative thoughts that will take up all the room and push out the information causing temporary amnesia that blocks the important details. To prevent amnesia make it a part of your normal routine to at the first glance of a negative thought "Just Flush It" out of your mind.
