Get busy to distract them

Staying busy will help you stay healthy. When you have too much time to sit and think the more thoughts you will think of. Our mind is an endless stream of thoughts both positive and negative that pop up trying to "grab your attention." If you stay busy focusing on the task you are doing less thoughts have a chance to distract you. So when you find yourself being bombarded with too many negative thoughts just get up and get busy doing something to distract you from them which will just Flush them out of your mind.
