Laugh away a heart attack

Take advantage of a chance to laugh when you can before you forget how to. A good belly laugh is good for your mind, body, and soul. I know it is hard to feel like laughing when you are under a lot of stress but when you laugh you produce endorphins that will ease some of the stress as it helps you to relax. Remember the old saying "laughter is the best medicine"? Well it is true. Stress on your mind causes stress on every part of your physical body as well. Quit stressing your heart out just laugh away a heart attack.
