Before your day begins

Every day is a new day. How you choose to start it will set the pace for the day. That is one reason why breakfast is the most important meal because you don't want to start the day hungry and grouchy. People say they just need to go back home and go back to bed and start their day over again when it starts out bad because how you start the day sets the pace. While you brush your teeth in the morning be sure to flush out your mind also to flush away a bad day if you need to before your day begins.
