It has a ripple effect

If only you could see the ripple effect that can damage those who simply come in your path as you angrily rant and rave and spew hate onto them. A brief encounter in life that unfortunately happens again and again. You won't feel better and what angered you remains the same but your seed of anger that you planted onto another will remain a seed that will grow. If you plant seeds of kindness then compassion will grow.
