Somethings are just not worth worrying about. If the laundry needs to be put off till tomorrow- who cares. If it rains on the day you were going to grill out-just cook indoors. Pick and choose what your reaction will be not based on how you feel at that moment but on asking yourself....Does it really matter? Is it worth the stress of worrying about? Take care of your health by not only what you eat but what you choose to worry about.
