What is worst ...a PRETEND INCIDENT or a REAL INCIDENT?

      When you WORRY about WHAT COULD HAPPEN you cause yourself TREMENDOUS PROBLEMS whether it REALLY HAPPENS TO YOU OR NOT.

      The STRESS you PUT YOURSELF THROUGH even if it ISN'T REAL or NOT...  CAUSES SEVERAL PHYSICAL as well as EMOTIONAL problems.

      When you FEEL YOURSELF start FEELING AGGRAVATED you FEEL the EXTREME INTENSITY on EVERY INCH of YOUR BODY.

     You FEEL your ANGER STRESSING EVERY INCH OF YOUR BODY.

     You FEEL SO ANGRY that you can SEE the PAIN START SWELLING DOWN YOUR NECK causing you to LOSE OXYGEN to YOUR BRAIN.

     If you FEEL YOURSELF getting ANGRY over THINGS that MAY NOT EVEN HAPPEN..... YOU NEED TO STOP and WAIT UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS before you get SICK.

     If you don't NEED TO WORRY......THEN DON'T.

You CAN because it HAPPENED to CAUSE IT

      Every Day is a NEW DAY as long as YOU ENJOY THE MOMENT you are in NOT WASTE IT thinking about ANOTHER DAY.

      There MAY BE many ways TO DO IT but the only thing that WORKS for you is what you WILL HAVE TO DO.

     It may SOUND GOOD but that DOESN'T MEAN that it IS SOMETHING for you to do.

     What works for SOMEONE ELSE may NOT WORK for you because IT JUST DOESN'T work for you.

     You may have WANTED IT but..... you GET WHAT YOU GET IN LIFE, that's JUST LIFE.

     What HAPPENS is what is MEANT TO HAPPEN to GET YOU Wear you were MEANT TO BE REGARDLESS of where YOU THOUGHT you COULD BE.

     WHEREVER YOU ARE PLANTED TODAY is WHERE YOU WILL BUILD YOUR FEET DEEP in the GROUND to GROW STRONGLY TO WEATHER OUT the LIFE STORMS.

    LIFE is LIFE and YESTERDAY is already gone and TOMORROW may never come but TODAY IS YOUR'S TO ENJOY while you are LIVING IT.
