Don't start a new habit that you know is a bad habit

 You may not always notice that you are starting a new HABIT.

  Of course some HABITS you start because you know you need to get in the HABIT of doing to have a positive impact in your life.

  And then there are some HABITS you know are very bad for you that you shouldn't get in the HABIT of doing.

  You need to look at the HABITS you have gotten into and be honest about which HABITS you need to BREAK. 

  It's going to take a conscious effort to BREAK THE HABIT but bad HABITS need to be broken. 

  First you need to make a list of the HABITS you need to break. Then one by one write ALL the reasons why you need to get out of that HABIT.

  When you read your reasons WHY, it will give you the willpower you need to BREAK THE HABIT. 

  Keep your list handy because you need to get in the HABIT of reminding yourself WHY you need to BREAK THE HABIT so you can BREAK THE HABIT.

  Remember a mistake only happens once. If you repeat it then it has become a HABIT that you need to BREAK.
