Time runs out

I kept meaning to call you to catch up but I kept putting it off. I wanted to plan another doughnut morning with you and Phil but it seemed like I never had enough time. As I checked in on my face book I was devastated that your time on earth had run out of time. I had put it off too long. I want to take this moment to remember my dear friend Vonnie Van who inspired me to write my Just Flush It books and spread the message that Life is full of challenges and bumps along the way and if you want to enjoy your life while you are living it you got to Just Flush It as it comes. RIP my friend.
