Don't overwhelm yourself by making your "to do" list so long. Make two list, one for the important things that really need done and one for if you have time you would like to get done. Keep things as simple as you can so that you do not make things harder than they have to be. If you simply need to get the garbage out of your car then don't write clean and vacuum the car on your list, just simply bag up the garbage and mark it off your list. When you simply don't have time to get everything done that you want to do you will simply have to be happy with getting done what's most important to you.
