When you sit down to take a break to relax make sure to relax. Don't use that time to think of all the things that need to get done or the issues you may be facing. You need a break from those things that weigh heavy on your mind to truly relax. When you find time to relax make sure to use that time to mentally and spiritually relax as well as physically relax. Give yourself a true break every now and again to prevent it from breaking down to get one.
