Well it seems as if there is no end to the unfortunate circumstances that we are sometimes put in through no fault of our own. In a hectic World it is a struggle to have "peace of mind." You must flush it as it comes or it will clog up your mind allowing no room for "inner peace" to have any chance of getting in. If the situation or the people causing you stress can be eliminated all together then by all means you should flush them out of your mind and out of your life immediately. If for some reason they are a necessary part of your life then make the necessary adjustments to make it work.
