WHEN YOU GET 'R DONE then you can RELAX

      Have you heard the phrase.... WHISTLE while you WORK?

      If it is something that you HAVE TO GET DONE then JUST DO IT and GET 'R DONE instead of WASTING YOUR ENERGY and giving yourself a HEADACHE from complaining so much about IT!

     When you start LISTING all the REASONS WHY you DREAD DOING IT you become EXHAUSTED and get so IMMOBILIZED that you DON'T GET ANYTHING DONE.

     You can spend an ENTIRE WEEK complaining EVERYDAY that you EVEN HAVE TO DO IT instead of JUST TAKING FIVE MINUTES on Monday so you can RELAX the rest of the WEEK after you DO IT.

     When you start WORRYING or COMPLAINING..... just STOP ALL the NOISE and JUST DO IT so you can GET 'R DONE!

     That is the ONLY WAY that you can finally JUST FLUSH IT out of your MIND so PEACE OF MIND will have ROOM to GET IN.

    JUST DO IT AND GET 'R DONE 👍

How are you doing today?

    How often does someone ask you how are you doing today?

   How often do you ask someone how they are doing today?

    How often has someone told you how THANKFUL they were for something that you had done?

    When was the last time you were THANKFUL for something that someone had done for you? 

    Did you tell them THANK YOU for what they did for you?

    You SET the TONE of the CONVERSATION before you ever SAY ONE WORD.

    How often have you walked into a room and you could feel the ENERGY in the room instantly?

    When you walk into a room what KIND of ENERGY do you bring with you?

     When you FEEL IT INSIDE YOUR MIND then your ENERGY is FELT the moment you arrive.

      REMEMBER.......DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY and PASS IT ON.
