What was the best part of your day?
At the end of the day what will you remember about your day? You have to choose which moments from the day you want to remember. There were positive things that happened today. There were routine things that were done today. And some days there were negative things that happened today. But at the end of the day when you get to sit and reflect on the day, which ones are you thinking about? It is your choice, and whichever you choose will form your opinion of what kind of day You had. Because how you choose to look at things are the thoughts that create the reality you will live with. Your thoughts become your reality. So if you want to think of the positive ones then you will think about what a positive day You had. And if you choose the routine it can put you in a bleak outlook of your day. And if you think of only the negative parts of the day, guess what? Your thoughts make it seem to have been a bad day. Choose wisely because at the end of the day you are choosing whether you had a good day or not. Sometimes the difference between a good day And a bad day is whether you choose to see the good things that happened that day. Like they say either you see the glass half full and enjoy your half of glass or you see the glass half empty and waste it complaining about where the other half went. What do you see?
