You can't stop the endless stream of thoughts that run through your mind. Some things you can easily FLUSH. But something's you need to write down to help you. When something is weighing heavy on your mind you should write out the different scenarios and what you will do each way then you will be able to FLUSH IT till you know which scenario you are facing. Just knowing you have a plan no matter what happens then you can forget about it and JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind.
