To whom it may concern....

There is no one you can complain to when something goes wrong. In the old days companies didn't want their reputation ruined because it could ruin their business.  All the little mom and pop stores and even large store chains have been forced to close their doors. Which leaves less competition so they don't care about customer satisfaction because they are the only choice to shop at. If you do want a choice to shop where customers matter then support the small businesses so they can keep their doors open so there is competition to keep customers satisfied.
