Plan so you have time to breathe
Our lives get so busy that on your off time you are too tired to do anything. Just taking care of the necessities is all you can push yourself to do. So while you are sitting down from exhaustion go over your days schedule and really consider which things you could have eliminated or planned better. Find time to give yourself even a few seconds in a day where you can breathe. You will be surprised that by planning your day you will save time. For instance perhaps you were going to be in the same area later in the week so you could have skipped it that day and save the 45 minutes it took you today to do it. And that 45 minutes would have made a huge difference in how much energy you have at the end of the day.
