Cross it off your"to do list"
There are times when your"to do list" is stressful just to even think about. You can feel physically tired by just thinking. To keep from being overwhelmed,separate your list into smaller list. What has to get done from what would be nice to get done and cross off anything that really doesn't matter if it gets done at this moment. You will be surprised how much you actually get done when you have less stress by simply concentrating on only one short list at a time. In Life some things are just mind over matter and it helps when you take what really doesn't matter and"JFI" out of your mind.
