You worried for nothing

As the tension in your body begins to tighten when you are facing a stressful situation it squeezes tightly on your organs. If it is not a life or death situation then don't make it one. The damage to your body is done even when what you were stressing over turned out to be nothing to stress over. Don't worry about something until you have a reason to worry. You stress your heart out even if you worried for nothing.
