How is your day going today?

 What was your favorite part of today?

  At the end of each day we tend to reflect on how our day went that day. 

  What parts of the day will you choose to remember is up to you.

  You can choose to remember all the positive things that you experienced and you can be thankful for them or...

   ...you can choose to focus on all the negative things.

  But at the end of the day the only difference between a Good day and a Bad day is what you choose to remember about it.

  Your thoughts are the reality you live in.

  Therefore choose to remember the positive things each day so the reality you live in is positive.

  To have a positive outcome you have to have a positive outlook. To have a positive outlook takes looking for the positive things.

  Take any negative thought and JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind. 

  Because at the end of the day if you want PEACE OF MIND you have to JUST FLUSH IT SO PEACE OF MIND HAS ROOM TO GET IN.
