Somebody has to do it

If it is up to you then what are you going to do about it? There are just some things in life that are not going to get done unless you do it and if it is important to you then you are just going to have to figure it out or it won't get done. The sooner you accept that it is up to you then you won't be waiting for someone else to do it and the sooner it will get done. It may be a dirty job but somebody has got to do it.
