If you know that you didn't do anything wrong then you don't have to apologize for anything that you have done.
Those that hurt you will try to tell you that you had done something that hurt them.
That is how they deal with what they have done to hurt you.
They want to get you in defense mode to protect them from admitting that they can't defend their actions.
Don't let them off the hook by getting so defensive about what you didn't do that you get distracted from what they actually did.
If they don't care enough to regret what they have done then let them regret that you know what kind of person they are and you want nothing to do with them.
They are who they are and you can be proud that you are who you are and you know that you have done nothing that you need to defend yourself for.
It is better to swim alone then to be swimming surrounded by sharks.
They don't have to admit what they have done but their KARMA is based on what they have done.
You don't have to defend yourself for what someone says you did. Your KARMA is based on what you have done.
Their consequences is that they don't get to be a friend of yours.
Don't stoop to their behavior level because you will pay the consequences for your behavior just like they will pay for their behavior.
