Only what you can handle
Sometimes there just isn't enough hours in a day to get everything done that needs to get done. It begins to take its toll on you mentally and physically. Especially when the demands you have takes days of cramming too many tasks into each hour. Just make sure you don't over do it causing a physical overload that will force you to a grounding halt. Because then in the middle of all your unfinished projects you will break down and not finish any of them. Finish them one by one in order of importance to you then if you need a break you will be able to relax and take one knowing the most important things are done. You must realize that if it is more than you can handle then handle what you can and don't sweat the small stuff if you want to get the necessities' done.
