Two face dilema

I have often wandered what two faced people do to keep their head on straight as they change so rapidly. How do they keep from getting whiplash? Which face will they reveal when standing face to face with a crowd that consist of both kinds of people that they put on a different face for? Do they have more than two faces that they change into. No matter how many faces they have they must face the fact that their mind, body, and soul will pay the consequences for their actions no matter which face they were wearing when they did it.
