Don't let your anger be so strong that it is all you can feel. If you keep thinking about how angry you are then that is all you will feel. If you think it you feel it. Think about how you are going to get out of the mess you are in and you will feel encouraged. Then your gritted teeth can turn into a smile.

Most of the time you should go with the first feeling you have about a situation. When you start analyzing it too much you can no longer see a clear picture because you now have too much on your mind. Subconsciously you felt it and knew what to do but then you talked yourself out of it. When you feel it go with your gut reaction.

Have you seen the movie Chicken Little? In it the sky was falling or so he thought. I hope your not sitting around waiting for something to fall from the sky to make you happy. Opportunities are never lost they are taken by someone else. If you want a life worth living it's going to take hard work. You can blame it on the moon if you want to.

People have gotten so use to ignoring what's going on that even if they can make a difference they don't. They have gone from becoming numb to get by to the point where even if it takes no more energy than it does to avoid it they do nothing. They walk around like zombies oblivious to all the wrong doings and suffering as if they are in la la land. Wake up America before the bad out number the good like in the Middle East.

It may be raining and mess up your plans but we need the rain. It may seem like the sun is too hot at times but we need it's warmth. Those leaves are a pain to rake but we need the trees. It may have been BP who caused the oil spill but we all need to save our oceans.

If you don't do something different today to make a change then nothing will be different. You may have not done anything to create the circumstances your in but if you don't do something then there you will stay.

Cut down on your stress by putting your necessities and priorities in order of importance. When you get your basic needs figured out take a deep breath and be thankful for that. Now look at your list and cross off anything that is just unrealistic. This should ease your mind now that you are not so overwhelmed. You'll stress less when you have less to stress over.

You should reach out and help someone if you can but not if it will effect you negatively. You must always take care of yourself first so that you will be stable enough to help others. For some a bar of chocolate will do or maybe just a hug will help. You might be able to help them flush away a bad day.

Let go of your painful experiences in life so the pain will go away. Reliving them over and over again will not erase them. Keep whatever lesson you need to learn from them then "Just Flush It" away. If you burnt your hand on a stove you don't need to do it again to learn the lesson that the stove is hot. Your scar will be there to remind you but the pain will go away. Stop blaming your past it's you that needs to let it go.
