Change their "point of view"

You can't change anyone they have to make the change. You can't save anyone they must save themselves. You can't make them do the "right thing" they must choose to do the "right thing." You can only help them see a different "point of view" so they can see a reason and a way to do things differently. They won't just do what you say but if they can see what your saying they just might change their "point of view" and see what they need to do to "get 'er done."
