Your menal health affects your physical health

You know how after you overstuff yourself with so much turkey and all the fixings on Thanksgiving that you have to take a nap? Well when you overstuff your mind with too many thoughts you can't think at all and you get so exhausted you will have no choice but to lay down to take a nap because it is mentally exhausting. It will physically drain you to the point of physical exhaustion. Marathon runners collapse at the finish line from not only physical exhaustion but they mentally are exhausted and inside their head it is spinning. Mental stress leads to physical distress and being physically stressed will lead to mental exhaustion. To maintain your over all good health you'll have to maintain good mental health as well as your physical health.
