Recognize that everybody is different

Respect goes a long way. If you do not respect the rights of others then you will react disrespectfully. If they have no respect for you then they will treat you disrespectfully. If you respect each other then it doesn't matter what your differences are you respect them simply because you recognize that everybody is different. You don't have to like someone or everything they do to respect them. If we all were the same we would have nothing different to talk about.
