It comes out of no where

As you watch those around you face incredibly difficult circumstances it makes you see that the hard circumstance you are facing is just a bump in your Life's Journey. When you look at those around you that you have even a brief encounter with remember that you have no idea what they may be facing. It is a reminder that you should always be kind to everyone you meet. Greet them with a smile that can distract them for a brief moment allowing them to catch their breath as they contagiously are compelled to take a deep breath before smiling back at you. Try it some time smile and watch a smile come out of no where back at you.
