You would have never experienced it

If we weren't experiencing a pandemic, we wouldn't have experienced the bonding moments with our families and friends. We stay in touch with each other in a way that would have never happened if it wasn't for covid19. Family time was nearly non-existent in most families. In the fast paced World we lived in, we barely even crossed paths. Now, only because everything is shutdown and we are all quarantined together in our homes, we have plenty of time and no where to go to enjoy each other's company. We all know how bonding it is for a family to sit down together every day to eat dinner. But it wasn't something that families everywhere were able to get everyone to do. The positive things on a human level that will come out of this pandemic will forever change each and every one of us. And family dinners may be part of the list of positive things that will come out of the pandemic. When I called to check on an old friend it wasn't about how hard being quarantined was. You could sense the smile on her face as she told me about the night that her and her family had played a game of scattegories. She chuckled as she described all the belly laughs they had. And a good belly laugh as you know is like a FLUSH that leaves you feeling refreshed from your head to your toes. She said she made her first lasagna and it was a meal that her and her family will definitely look forward to eating from now on, even after the quarantine has ended. She didn't list all the things she couldn't do while being quarantined, she listed all the exciting things that she was experiencing while she was quarantined. The difference between a good day and a bad day is all in how you look at it.
