Sometimes what was meant to be was only meant to be for a brief moment

Well we went for the recheck appointment today and we were told our primary physician had changed. Obviously my first thought was the other doctor didn't like what I said during our phone conversation on Friday. I did see him in the hallway this morning and approached him. I asked him did he transfer us to the other doctor after our phone call. He said no, you can be placed with any doctor in the office when you make an appointment. Let's just say after our conversation, I felt as if he wasn't meant to be our doctor. I do believe our encounter was meant to be. I believe I was meant to tell him how he made me feel as his patient. He did teach us health tips that will be helpful. But without a doubt the doctor we saw today is thankfully the doctor we were meant to have. He was knowledgeable and funny, which was refreshing. In any profession you can have many people who know what to do but not all of them do it with a smile. I choose which cashier's aisle to get into to checkout based on how pleasant the cashier is just as much as which line is longer.
