A healthy giggle

I enjoy spending time with the grandkids they sure do say the darndest things. I laugh at times and other times it leaves me puzzled for a moment then it makes me giggle. And since laughter is the best medicine it is easy to forget your aches and pains that comes from getting older. It feels good and makes you feel relaxed. It is Yoga for your mind and body. Try to laugh when you can to stay physically and mentally healthier.
