Reward those who work hard

There are so many people who look for something or someone to blame for their circumstances and unfortunately they never realize therefore they never deal with nor accept their own personal responsibilities that lead to their circumstances. It always amazes me that those are the individuals who get all the help from others. It's as if they are rewarded for creatively inventing reasons why it is not their fault. Those individuals who accept responsibility and work hard to better their circumstances are not offered any help nor rewarded for their valiant effort. Let's reward and assist those who are working hard to get ahead and they will be able to stand on their own beside us not be dragged down in spite of their hard work.
