Ease your mind

When you have had enough worries on your mind that you can't eat or sleep then you know for a fact that mental stress causes physical problems. It is not healthy or wise to worry that much that you make yourself physically sick. Anything you can easily flush out of your mind that doesn't matter in "the big picture" in your life will be a healthy choice. The only way to eliminate stress from your life is to decide what you really need to stress over that really matters and the rest you "Just Flush It" out of your mind and then you will have less to stress over. One thought at a time you will ease your mind.
