Nature is yoga for your mind

Let the wind blow your hair and relax you enough so that you could hear the birds chirping. Nature is yoga for the mind. Watching the flutter of a butterflies wings is an exercise that's easy to do. Even following a trail of ants is a yoga step. Every small step you take toward inner peace is a few seconds of distraction that will help clear your mind. Try to think of the bugs not what's bugging you.
